The other nine sit at exactly zero, waiting. Resolves YES the instant at least 6 B20 tokens report a non-zero on-chain supply at any settlement tick on or before October 31, 2026; otherwise NO. The count is a plain eth_call per token, so anyone can check it — and it only counts tokens Hunch could actually read, so an RPC outage can never move the market.
