Resolves to the window containing the first CONFIRMED $5,000 crossing (a second reading ≥30 min later guards against a flash wick) — early-locking the instant it happens — or to “Q4 2027 or later” if ETH hasn't crossed by September 30, 2027. Winners split the entire pool pro-rata (parimutuel).
